On Alignable, you can log on to your account in a number of ways. When you first sign up, you actually do not create a password. Passwords are initially replaced with login tokens that are sent to your email, meaning as long as you have access to your email, you’ll have access to Alignable.
However, if you would still like to create a password so that you can log in into your account on the mobile app or on a mobile web browser, you can see how to do so below in the section labeled "Resetting or Creating a Password":
If you don’t have a password or can't remember your previous password, follow these steps to set up a new password:
Log out of your account and go to the login page. You can get there directly by clicking here.
Click on Forgot Your Password on the bottom of the box as seen in the image below:
On the following page, enter the email address associated with your account and click the green Reset Password button:
You will be emailed instructions for resetting your password at that email address (this email can sometimes end up in a Spam or Promotions folder of your Inbox). Click on Reset My Password:
NoteThe reset password link emailed to you can only be clicked one time before it expires (to protect your account). If you receive an error message saying that your link was already used, try the process again from the Forgot Your Password page, here.
Type in the new password you would like to set on your Alignable account in both cells. Once done, click on Change Password to finish:
For future logins, you can use either your new password
or log in using an email sign-in token.
To sign in using an Email Sign-In Token follow the steps below:
Go to the login page (see image below) by clicking here.
Type your email into the "Email Address" box as seen below and click on
"Email me a sign-in link":
You will receive the email sign-in a link via email, this email can sometimes end up in a Spam or Promotions folder of your Inbox. Click on "Sign in to Alignable":
Selecting "Sign in to Alignable" will sign you into your account.
