Alignable uses email sign-in links by default, so not all members have a password set up. Some members prefer the convenience of logging in with a password rather than waiting for an email link each time — both options work on Alignable. If you would like to log in with a password, follow the steps below. If you have already set a password and need to reset it, see How Do I Reset My Password on Alignable?
How Do I Set My Password?
- Log into your Alignable account
- Click the My Business dropdown in the top right corner
- Go to Account Settings
- Click Email me a secure link to set my password under the email field
- Check your inbox for an email with a secure link — if you don't receive it, learn how to troubleshoot Alignable emails here
- Click Reset My Password in the email — this redirects you back to Alignable
- Enter your new password in both fields
- Click Change Password

What Are the Password Requirements?
Your Alignable password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.
