How Do I Edit the Tags on My Profile?

There are a number of different types of tags you can add to your profile to better customize your Alignable experience. Click on the type tag you want to learn more about below!

Category & Featured Tags


At the top of your profile, you can add one category tag and two featured tags; these will not only be showcased alongside your business name all over Alignable, but they’ll also be featured on your Referral Card when it is sent to both members and non-members!

In order to edit these tags, select the "Edit Profile" option at the top of your profile, this will allow you to edit a number of fields including Category & Featured Tags.

Ideal Customer Tags

Beneath your Ideal Customer, you’re given the option to add as many tags as you would like to describe the customers that you would like to find on Alignable! In addition to that, you can also add as many tags as you’d like describing the businesses you would like to work with!

By selecting the "Edit" option next to your Ideal Customer you’ll be able to add tags for both your customer types as well as the types of business you’re interested in working with.

Product & Service Tags


Beneath your About Us, you can also describe the Products and Services you offer using as many tags as you would like as well!

If you select the "Edit" option next to your About Us, you’ll be able to input tags that show off the products/services you offer!

Requesting new tags:

While at this time, there is a pre-determined list of tags available, if you'd like to request a tag not currently in that list, you can do so by: 

1) Entering the tag you'd like to request

2) Once the drop-down appears, select the option to "Submit a Request for This Tag":

3) In the following pop-up window, enter a reason for requesting the tag, and select "Submit":
