Your name on Alignable is displayed on your business profile and appears alongside everything you post, comment on, or share across the platform. Keeping it accurate helps other members recognize and connect with you.
There are a few common reasons you might need to update your name — a typo when you first signed up, a marriage or other life event that changed your legal name, or simply a preference for how you'd like to be known professionally.
Before you start: To protect your account, Alignable will ask you to verify your identity before making this change. You'll receive a code by email — enter it when prompted to proceed. Learn more about how identity verification works.
- Go to your business profile.
- Click your name at the top of your profile.
- Update your first and last name in the fields provided.
- Click Save.
- Complete the identity verification step by entering the code sent to your email address.
