My Home Community Is Incorrect — How Do I Fix It?

Your home community is the local community group Alignable places you in based on your zip or postal code. It appears on your profile and affects several important things:

  • Which community group you belong to — the local space where neighborhood business news, events, and connections happen
  • Which Ambassador Alliance you are part of
  • Which local events you see on the platform

If your home community is wrong — either because your address was entered incorrectly when you signed up, or because you updated your business address but the community didn't update automatically — an Alignable team member will fix it for you.

What to Include in Your Request

  • The email address associated with your Alignable account, or your profile URL
  • Your correct zip or postal code
  • The name of the correct community you should be placed in
