Allie uses information from your Alignable account to make personalized recommendations. Here's what Allie has access to, what it shares, and what stays private.
What Allie can see
Your profile. Allie reads your business description, Ideal Customer tags, Businesses We Can Partner With tags, and other profile content. This is the foundation of how Allie understands who you want to meet and who you can help.
Your connections and their networks. Allie looks at who you're connected to and who your connections know. This is how Allie identifies mutual opportunities and surfaces the right people at the right time.
Your message history with other members. Allie can see your direct messages with connections. It uses this to understand the state of your relationships, for example, whether you've been in touch recently or whether a follow-up is overdue.
Your Smart Connect breakout room conversations. Smart Connect events are transcribed with your consent, which is obtained before you join any session. Allie uses summaries of your breakout room conversations to generate follow-up suggestions and conversation starters after the event. Breakout room summaries are only accessible to the participants who were in that room together, and only once those participants connect with each other on Alignable. Your past Allie conversations. Everything you've told Allie carries forward. The more you share with Allie about your goals and priorities, the more relevant its suggestions become over time.
What Allie shares with others
The only information Allie shares with other members is what is already public on your Alignable profile. Your conversations with Allie are private and are never visible to other members. Your direct message history with connections is not accessible to anyone outside of that conversation. Your Smart Connect breakout room summaries are only shared with the other person in that specific room, and only after you both connect on Alignable.
