When Allie or Alignable's message drafting tool suggests scheduling a 1:1 with a connection, it will include a calendar link in the draft. If the link is not your current scheduling link, you can update it before you send, and Allie will remember the new one going forward.
How to update your calendar link
- When Allie drafts a message that includes a calendar link, review the draft before sending.
- Edit the draft and replace the calendar link with your preferred scheduling link.
- Send the message.
Allie saves the updated link and will use it automatically in future message drafts.
Why does this matter?
If your scheduling tool has changed or you use different links for different purposes (such as a 30-minute intro call vs. a longer consultation), updating the draft before sending makes sure the right link goes out. Because Allie learns from your edits, you typically only need to do this once.
If you notice Allie is still using an old link after updating it, edit the next draft again with your preferred link and send it. Allie will recalibrate from there.
