Why Can't I Sign Up? My Phone Number Is Already in Use

If you are trying to create an Alignable account and receive a message that your phone number is already in use, it means that number is currently associated with an existing account on our platform. This can happen for a couple of reasons:

  • You may have created an account in the past that is still active
  • You may have had a previous account that was deactivated, but the phone number was not removed from our system

How to fix it:

Please fill out our Phone Number Reset Form and our team will review the account associated with that number and remove it so you can complete your sign up.

Once you have submitted the form, please allow our team some time to review and process your request. You will be able to sign up as soon as the number has been cleared.
