How can I reset my password?

If you can't remember your previous password or, you have been prompted to create a new password, follow these steps to set up a new password:

Not currently logged into your account:

  1. Go the Alignable page. 

  2. Enter your login email address where prompted then click Next.

  3. Click on Forgot Password? on the bottom of the box as seen in the image below.

  4. Find the email in your inbox and click Reset your password.

  5. You will be redirected Alignable. Type in the new password.

  6. Click on Change Password to finish. 

Currently logged into your account:

  1. Go to the My Business Dropdown (▼) to the right of your profile picture at the top right of the screen.
  2. Scroll to Account Settings Tab
  3. Click Email me a secure link to reset my password

When creating or updating a password members will be required to use a password which:

  1. Is at least 8 characters long
  2. Has at least 1 upper case letter
  3. Has at least 1 lower case letter
  4. Has at least 1 digit (0-9)
