Who is eligible
Allie is available to paid members only , Basic Alignable Membership, Premium, and Premium+. Allie is not available to free (Explorer) members, similar to other paid-only features on Alignable such as seeing who visited your profile and your Second Degree Network.
How access works at launch
New paid members are opted in to Allie by default. There is no separate opt-in step required. During the initial launch rollout, some members may be prompted to opt in. If you see that prompt, follow the steps to activate your access.
If you are an existing paid member who has been using Ask Allie, your access continues without any changes. Going forward, both new and existing paid members will find the full Allie experience in the home feed.
What happens if I downgrade to a free membership
Downgrading from a paid membership to a free (Explorer) account removes access to Allie along with your other paid features, including Alignable 360, your Connections tab, insights and analytics, your membership badge, and escalated human support. Your access continues through the end of your current billing cycle.
Is Allie available on mobile
Yes. Ask Allie is available on both Android and iOS.
