What Allie cannot do for you
Allie can guide you through almost anything on Alignable, but there are things Allie can explain and walk you through that it cannot do on your behalf. For example, Allie can tell you how to cancel your account, upgrade or downgrade your membership, or update sections of your profile, but it cannot make those changes for you. Those actions always require you to complete them directly.
Why does Allie always ask first?
This is intentional. Allie is designed around a simple principle: anything that happens on your account is your decision. Allie's job is to surface the right opportunity at the right moment and make it easy to act. Yours is to say yes or no.
