Connection credits refresh on a schedule that depends on your membership plan. Here's exactly when to expect them.
Free Members
Free members receive 5 connection credits per month. Your credits reset each month on the anniversary of the day you joined Alignable — or the day you downgraded to a free plan, if you previously had a paid membership.
Note: seeing your remaining credit count in the app is a paid feature. If you're on a free plan and want to know how many credits you have left or when they renew, ask the Alignable support bot — it will tell you both.
Paid Members
Paid members receive new connection credits at the start of each billing cycle — meaning on the same day of the month that you originally upgraded or are charged for your renewal. For example, if you upgraded on the 12th, you'll receive new credits on the 12th of every month.
