The quickest way to check your remaining connection credits is to ask the Alignable support bot. Paid members can also check directly from their My Membership page.
Ask the Support Bot
Ask the Alignable support bot "How many connection credits do I have left?" and it will tell you both your remaining balance and when your credits renew. This works for free and paid members.
To find the support bot:
- Click the My Business (▼) dropdown in the top-right corner of the site.
- Click Get Support.
Check Your My Membership Page (Paid Members)
If you're on a paid plan, you can see your remaining credits and renewal date directly on your membership page:
- Click the My Business (▼) dropdown in the top-right corner of the site and click Account.
- Click My Membership in the toolbar at the top of the screen.
- In the top-right corner of the page, you'll see how many connection credits you have left and when they renew.
