There are two ways to check your remaining connection credits: ask the Alignable support bot (works for all members) or check your My Membership page (paid members only).
Option 1: Ask the Support Bot (All Members)
Ask the Alignable support bot "How many connection credits do I have left?" and it will tell you your remaining balance and when your credits renew.
To find the support bot:
- Click the My Business (▼) dropdown in the top-right corner of the site.
- Click Get Support.
Option 2: Check My Membership Page (Paid Members Only)
If you're on a paid plan, your remaining credits and renewal date appear on your membership page.
- Click the My Business (▼) dropdown in the top-right corner of the site and click Account.
- Click My Membership in the toolbar at the top of the screen.
- In the top-right corner of the page, you'll see your remaining connection credits and renewal date.
