How Do I View My Sponsorship Billing and Payment History on Alignable?

You can view a complete record of your sponsorship charges — including the date and amount of every payment — from the Billing & Payments section of your sponsorship dashboard. You can also find your sponsorship start date in the Current Campaigns section at the top of the dashboard.

What Your Payment History Includes

  • A record of every charge for your sponsorship
  • The date of each payment

How to View Your Payment History

  1. Go to your sponsorship dashboard.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Billing & Payments section.
  3. Click View Payment History.
