How Do I Update My Payment Method for My Sponsorship on Alignable?

Need to update the credit card on file for your Community Sponsorship? Here's how to do it directly from your sponsorship dashboard.

Note: Updating your payment method here will apply to all paid products on your Alignable account — not just your sponsorship.

Steps to Update Your Payment Method

1. Log into your Alignable account.
2. Click the My Business dropdown in the top-right corner, then click Advertise.
3. This takes you to your sponsorship dashboard.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Billing & Payments section.
5. Click Update Payment Method.
6. You'll be prompted to verify your identity via an email code for security.
7. Enter your new payment details and save.
