How do I cancel my Member, Premium, or Premium+ subscription on Alignable?

You can cancel your Alignable paid subscription at any time. When you cancel, you'll keep your paid benefits until the end of your current billing cycle, after that, your account moves to the free Guest tier.

To see when your billing cycle ends, visit your Membership page and check the top right corner.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Click the My Business dropdown in the top-right corner of the site.
  2. Click Account.
  3. Click My Membership in the top navigation bar.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find your membership controls.
  5. Click Cancel Subscription.
  6. Click Cancel Benefits to confirm your cancellation and stop future charges.

If you change your mind at this step, click Keep Benefits to stay on your current plan.

Once you've clicked Cancel Benefits, your cancellation is confirmed. You'll continue to have access to all paid features until your billing period ends, at which point your account will automatically move to the Guest tier.

A few things to know:

You cannot fully deactivate your Alignable account while a paid subscription is still active. Wait until your billing cycle ends before deactivating.
