What Happens if I Downgrade my Paid Membership to a Free Guest User?

Alignable Members have additional tools and resources available to them that free users do not have. 

If you downgrade your paid membership to a free, guest user, you will lose access to all paid features, groups and tools.

When you downgrade, you will not lose the connections you've made, your recommendations, contest votes, or anything you've posted to the platform.

Alignable Membership Plan to Free Guest Downgrade

1. You lose 10 connection credits a month and will revert to only 5 connection credits per month as a free user. 
2. You lose access to Alignable 360 and the ability to view your second degree network (your connections' network) you will enter a preview only mode.
3. You also lose the ability to ask for direct introductions to people in your second degree network
4. You lose access to your Connections tab which sorts your connections and shows you when you last contacted them via direct message.
5. You lose access to your insights and data showing where your engagement is coming from
6. You also lose access to see who is clicking on your profile or your posts.
7. You lose access to the Alignable Insiders Group and all other paid only groups and events on Alignable
8. You lose access to escalated human support. The AI support bot will be your only support option.
9. You'll lose your verified badge on your profile.
10. You lose your AI Networking Coach 
11. You lose the AI writing assistant

Premium Membership Plan to Free Guest Downgrade

9. You lose access to escalated human support. The AI support bot will be your only support option.

11. You will lose one industry tag that helps you be found in Alignable searches
12. You will lose the inbound CTA "Ask About Services" button on your profile
13. If you are a Group Leader or Ambassador, you will lose your position, GL or Ambassador badges and will no longer qualify to run your group or alliance or hold events on Alignable. 
14. You lose your boosted visibility on Alignable

Premium+ Membership Plan to Free Guest Downgrade

1. You lose 70 connection credits a month and will revert to only 5 connection credits per month as a free user. 
2. You lose the ability to buy extra connection credit bundles
3. You lose access to Alignable 360 and the ability to view your second degree network (your connections' network)
4. You also lose the ability to ask for direct introductions to people in your second degree network
5. You lose access to your Connections tab which sorts your connections and shows you when you last contacted them via direct message.
6. You lose access to all the notes and tags that you added to your contacts (will reinstate if you upgrade again)
