Tags let you organize your connections in a way that makes sense for your business. You can use pre-existing tags or create your own — common examples include industry, where you met, or where someone is in your network funnel. Once tagged, you can filter your entire network by tag, making it easy to find the right people when you need them.
Tags are a paid feature. If you downgrade your account, you'll lose access to your tags, but they won't be deleted — you'll regain full access when you upgrade again.
To add a tag to a connection:
- Log in to Alignable.
- Navigate to My Network.
- Click on the connection you'd like to tag.
- You'll be taken to their profile.
- On the left side of the screen, find the Tags section.
- Click the [+Add] button.
- Select a tag from the dropdown, or type a new one to create your own.
The tag is saved immediately and will appear on that connection's profile. You can add multiple tags to a single connection, so feel free to use as many as are helpful.
