As a paid member, Alignable's notes feature lets you keep track of important details about your connections — conversation highlights, follow-up reminders, shared interests, or anything else that helps you nurture the relationship over time.
Notes are private to you, so you can be as candid and specific as you want. The more context you capture, the easier it is to pick up where you left off the next time you connect. You can also filter your connections by notes, making it easy to find specific people when you need them.
To add a note to a connection:
- Log in to Alignable.
- Navigate to My Network.
- Click on the connection you'd like to add a note to.
- You'll be taken to their profile.
- On the left side of the screen, find the Notes section.
- Click the Notes text box and start typing.
- Click Save Note when you're done.
Your note will be saved and attached to that connection's profile. You can add as many notes as you'd like — each one is saved separately so you can scroll through your history over time.
Even a quick note after a conversation — "we talked about referrals, follow up in two weeks" — can make a big difference in staying meaningfully connected with the right people.
