How do I change the email address associated with my account?

NOTE: This article is for users who still have access to the email address they used to
create the account.  If you do not have access to the email on your Alignable account, please click for instructions on how to recover your account.


Step by Step Instructions

You must for your profile in order for these next steps to work.

  1. Head to your  on the My Business (▼) dropdown on the top-right section of the site. Click Account.
  2. Type in your new email address in the applicable field.
  3. Type in your current accounts password in the Old Password section. (Leave the New Password section blank if you do not want to change your current password.)
  4. Click Save to update your accounts email address
