How do I delete messages in my inbox?

You can delete an entire conversation from your Alignable inbox in a few clicks.

Step by step instructions:

1. Click on the Messages tab in the top navigation bar.
2. Select the conversation containing the message you want to delete.
3. Hover over the message you want to delete and click the three dots (...) that appear to the right of the message.
4. Click Delete Conversation in the dropdown menu.
5. Confirm that you want to delete the message by clicking Delete in the pop-up window.

Once confirmed, the entire conversation is permanently removed from your inbox.
