No — Alignable does not offer refunds as a standard policy. This applies to all paid products, including Premium membership subscriptions and Community Sponsorship subscriptions. By completing a purchase on Alignable, you agree to our no-refund policy as outlined in our Terms and Conditions and membership terms.
What Our Policy States
Our Terms and Conditions, agreed to at sign-up, state that subscription fees are non-refundable and that your payment obligation continues through the end of your subscription period even if you cancel. Our membership and sponsorship purchase agreements both include the following: "As per our policy, we do not offer refunds once a payment transaction has been completed."
Extenuating Circumstances
Refunds — including pro-rated refunds — may be considered on a case-by-case basis in extenuating circumstances, such as:
- A business has permanently closed
- The member no longer works for the company associated with the account
- Death
- Verified proof of fraud
If you believe your situation qualifies, contact Alignable support and include documentation to support your request (such as proof of business closure, a death certificate, or other relevant evidence). Each case is reviewed individually.
