What Billing Cycles Are Available?
You can choose between a monthly or annual billing cycle when purchasing any Alignable subscription plan. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period. Purchasing an annual plan saves you 17% compared to paying month to month.
All billing renewals occur on the same day of the month on which you originally upgraded, at the same time. You can always check when your next renewal is on your membership page.
You can switch from a monthly plan to an annual plan at any time. However, you cannot switch from an annual plan to a monthly plan until your current annual contract ends.
What Payment Methods Does Alignable Accept?
Alignable accepts the following payment methods for subscription plans, sponsored placements, and paid groups:
- Credit card — all major credit cards are accepted. To update the card on file, visit your payment method settings.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay — available when purchasing a subscription or sponsorship on a mobile device.
