Who can file a DMCA notice?
You may file a DMCA notice if you are the copyright owner, an exclusive licensee, or an authorized agent acting on behalf of the copyright owner.
What you will need
Before completing the form, please gather the following:
- Your full legal name, title, and contact information
- The title, type, and date of creation of the copyrighted work being infringed (a copyright registration number if you have one)
- The full URL of the infringing content on Alignable
- A brief description of the infringing content and the date you discovered it
- Screenshots of the infringing material
How to submit
Complete all sections of the DMCA Takedown Notice Form and submit it to our designated DMCA agent:

What happens after you submit
Our team will review your notice and, where appropriate, expeditiously remove or disable access to the infringing material. The account holder will be notified of the takedown as required by law. If the account holder submits a valid counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), we will notify you and provide you with a copy.
