How to Report Trademark Infringement on Alignable

If you believe a user profile on Alignable is infringing on your registered trademark, you can submit a formal complaint using our Trademark Takedown Notice Form. Please read the following before submitting.

Who can file a complaint?

You may file a trademark infringement complaint if you are the trademark owner, a licensee, or an authorized legal representative or agent acting on behalf of the trademark owner.

What you will need

Before completing the form, please gather the following:

  • Your full legal name and contact information
  • Your trademark registration number, issuing authority, jurisdiction, and registration date
  • A copy of your trademark registration certificate or a link to the official trademark registry entry
  • The full URL of the allegedly infringing Alignable profile
  • Screenshots of the infringing profile
  • A clear explanation of how the profile infringes your trademark

How to submit

Complete all sections of the Trademark Takedown Notice Form (downloadable form) and email the completed form along with any supporting documentation to legal@alignable.com.

Incomplete submissions will not be processed.

What happens after you submit

Our team will review your complaint and assess it on its merits in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable law. Submission of the form does not guarantee that action will be taken. We will notify the account holder of the complaint to the extent required by our Terms of Service and applicable law.
