How do I find & download receipts?

Paid Memberships:

1. Log into your Alignable Account.
2. Go to your business profile by clicking on the My Business (▼) dropdown on the top-right section of the site
3. Click Account.
4. Click My Membership on the Top Navigation Menu
5. At the bottom of the page click Payment History under Payment Information
6. Click “View Receipt”
7. Click on “Download invoice” or “Download receipt”
   
   

Community Sponsors:

1. Log into your Alignable Account.
2. Click on the My Business (▼) dropdown on the top-right section of the site 
3. Click to the Advertise page
4. Scroll down to your Community Sponsorship and click on it
5. Navigate to Manage My Payment on the lower right-hand side of the screen
6. Click Payment History
7. Choose which transaction you would like to view or download and click View Receipt
   

Paid Group Memberships:

Members MUST click below while signed into their Alignable account to access payment history.

1. Log into your Alignable Account.
2. Navigate to https://www.alignable.com/biz/memberships/charges
