Unrecognized Charges from Alignable

Before contacting our support team, please take the following steps:

  1. Compare your statement history with your charges.
  2. Confirm the charges were not done on a duplicate account under a different email than the one you are logged into. 
  3. Confirm that the charges were not done by a friend, family member, or current/former employee who may have used your credit or debit card on Alignable. You'll only be able to see charges on your account, so we make sure to reach out to them to confirm what you are seeing on your statement.
  4. Consider you may have an active Premium subscription or Newsletter Sponsorship. If you do have an active subscription or sponsorship, follow these instructions to cancel your subscription, or contact us to have your sponsorship canceled.
