How Do I Add a Co-Host to My Event on Alignable?

A co-host shares hosting responsibilities during your Alignable event. Adding a co-host is especially helpful for events with high registration numbers — one host can manage the chat and written questions while the other handles verbal questions and the room.

What a Co-Host Can Do

  • Manage the chat and monitor written questions from attendees
  • Handle verbal questions alongside the primary host
  • Share event management responsibilities during the event
  • Take over the event if the Host is unable to attend

How to Add a Co-Host

  1. Go to the RSVP or registration list on your event details page.
  2. Click the 3 dots next to the member's name.
  3. Select Make Host.
  4. Confirm in the modal that appears. The member is now assigned co-host access for the event.
