The post-event page is one of the most valuable parts of Smart Connect℠ — don't close it right away. Here's how to turn the connections you just made into real relationships.
Connect with your breakout partners
After the host clicks End Event, you'll be taken to a page listing everyone you met in a breakout session. Send connection requests while the event is still fresh — it's much easier to follow up when you both remember the conversation.
If you're a paid member and joined from the event page, you can also see the full attendee list and connect with anyone from the event, not just your breakout partners. You can return to the event page later to revisit this list.
Add a note while it's fresh
If you have a paid membership, take advantage of the Notes feature on your new connection's profile to jot down something memorable from your conversation — what they do, a topic you discussed, or a follow-up you want to make. A quick note now makes your next conversation much easier to pick up.
