Promotions are time-bound, so keeping them accurate matters. You can update any promotion on your Alignable profile at any time, and there are plenty of good reasons to do so.
Staying on top of your promotion details means your profile always reflects what's actually happening with your business; no outdated offers, no wrong dates.
To edit a promotion:
- Click My Business in the top-right corner of the site.
- Click Profile.
- Scroll to the Promotions section and find the promotion you want to edit.
- Click Edit.
- Update the title, dates, details, and/or image.
- Click Update to save your changes.
Your updated promotion will be visible to your network right away.
Common reasons to edit a promotion:
- Date changes — Extended a sale or pushed back a launch? Update the end date so the promotion stays visible as long as your offer is active.
- Discount or offer changes — If the details of your deal have shifted, edit the description to make sure members see the current information.
- Image updates — Swapping in a fresher graphic or seasonal image can make your promotion stand out and feel more timely.
