How do I remove a promotion from my Alignable profile?

If a promotion has ended or is no longer relevant, you can remove it from your Alignable profile at any time. Deletion is permanent — once a promotion is removed, it can't be recovered.

To remove a promotion:

1. Click My Business in the top-right corner of the site.
2. Click Profile.
3. Scroll to the Promotions section and find the promotion you want to remove.
4. Click Edit, then click Delete.
5. Confirm by clicking OK on the pop-up.

The promotion will be removed from your profile immediately.

Just need to make a change? If you want to update the details rather than remove the promotion entirely, you can edit it instead — just click Edit and update what you need.
