How do I add a promotion to my Alignable profile?

Promotions let you highlight a special offer, sale, or announcement directly on your Alignable profile; a great way to keep your network in the loop on what's happening with your business.

Every promotion is time-bound, meaning you set a start date and an end date when you create it. Once the end date passes, the promotion automatically stops showing to other members. This keeps your profile accurate and professional — no one sees an expired "Summer Sale" offer in December. It also means you don't have to remember to take it down manually. Just set the dates and let Alignable handle the rest.

To add a promotion:

  1. Click My Business in the top-right corner of the site.
  2. Click Profile.
  3. Scroll to the Promotions section and click Add.
  4. Fill in the title, start date, end date, details, and image.
  5. Click Post to save and share the promotion with your network.

Once posted, your promotion is visible to your connections and anyone who views your profile during the active date range.

Tips for getting the most out of promotions:

Set your end date carefully — once it passes, the promotion disappears automatically. If your offer runs shorter or longer than expected, you can edit the promotion to change the end date before it expires.
