To ensure your group is a safe, welcoming environment for sharing discussions and value, you may need to pin important content or hide posts that violate your group's guidelines.
Alignable gives group admins and moderators two tools to manage content in their groups.
Pin Posts to the Top of Your Group's Feed
Pinning a post highlights it for all group members by keeping it at the top of the feed. You can pin up to 2 posts at a time.
- Find the post you want to pin and click the (...) button on the bottom right-hand side of the post.
- Click Pin Post. A pin icon will appear next to the post, and it will move to the top of the group's feed.
To unpin a post, click (...) on the post and select Unpin Post.
Hide Posts from Group Members
If a post violates your group's rules or isn't appropriate, you can hide it from all members.
- Find the post you want to hide and click the (...) button on the bottom right-hand side of the post.
- Click Hide Post. The post will be collapsed and hidden from view for all members immediately.
To unhide a post, click Expand on the collapsed post, then click (...) and select Unhide Post.
