If you are receiving emails from Alignable there are 2 possible reasons.
- You are receiving invitations to sign up for Alignable
- You do actually have an account so you are receiving other notifications outside of an invitation.
You are receiving invitations to join Alignable
An invitation looks like this, with a few variations.
If you are receiving this type of email from Alignable, you do not have an account. You can choose to sign up for an account or to unsubscribe from receiving these emails if you do not want to be a part of Alignable.
You are receiving other notifications from Alignable that are not invitations to join.
If you are receiving any notifications or emails from Alignable that are not invitations, you have an account with us. This may be an account you created years ago and have forgotten about, or you may have started creating a profile but never finished at one time.
To confirm if you have an Alignable account, sign in using the email that you are receiving the emails at. We'll send you a sign-in link to the email we have on file. Once you click on it, it will automatically log you into your account.
Once you login to the account, you can decide to keep it and update the profile to reflect your current business information.
If you do not want to keep your Alignable account, you can deactivate the account to remove it from Alignable, and to unsubscribe your email.
