Password Request Scam

We have recently been notified of a new scam and phishing* attempt. The perpetrators are posing as Alignable, trying to get you to update or click into emails.

* Phishing is the fraudulent practice of sending emails or other messages purporting to be from reputable companies in order to induce individuals to reveal personal information, such as passwords and credit card numbers.

At Alignable, we take your security and data privacy very seriously. We would never send you an email asking for your password. If you received such an email, it could be a phishing attempt. Please delete it, and don't click on any links or provide any personal information.

If you believe your Alignable account security has been compromised, We highly recommend you change your password immediately. Let me guide you through the steps:

  1. Go to the My Business Dropdown (▼) to the right of your profile picture at the top right of the screen.
  2. Scroll to Account Settings Tab
  3. Click Email me a secure link to reset my password

Remember, Alignable staff will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other communication. It's essential to keep your password confidential to secure your account.
