Add Team Members to your Alignable account.
You can add anyone to be an admin of your business profile by following these steps:-
- Login to Alignable.
- Go to your profile by clicking on My Business in the top right section of the site.
- Scroll through the right side your profile until you see the Our Team section.
- Click Add User on the top right part of the box to invite a team member to join as an admin.
- A popup will appear prompting you to fill out the information to invite a Team Member to join your account.
- Fill out the First Name, Last Name, Email and Password
- click Save.
Do I have to create a password for my team member?
Yes, you have to assign them a password initially for them to log in and join your team. However, they can update their password at anytime.How can I reset my password?
Each Alignable account uses an email address unique to that account and only one email can be associated with an account. Because of this, if you received an error stating the email you tried to add was already in use, it needs to be remedied before you can add this team member using that email.
To Solve This:
- Consider using an alternative email.
- Have the team member deactivate the account currently utilizing the desired email. If you don't remember the password for the account, no worries. As long as you have access to the email account, you can reset the password for the account, regain access, and have it deactivated.
- Once the account is deactivated, log back into your main business account and add your team member utilizing the desired email.
Editing team member's information.
At any time, you can change any team member's headshot, first name, last name, position or email.
- Find the Our Team section on the right-hand side of your business profile.

Click Edit User next to the member you would like to edit.

Make the necessary changes and click Update User.
Deleting team members from your account
To delete a team member from your business profile, follow these steps:
- Find the Our Team section on the right-hand side of your profile.
- Click Edit User on the team member you would like to delete.

Click the red Delete button to completely remove this team member from your business profile:
What does Face of the Business mean when it comes to your business on Alignable?
Every team for every business profile will have a Face of the Business. This is the primary account owner and is by default the creator of the account. The Face of Business will be the person whose headshot will appear when a business sends another business a connection request or a recommendation. And only the face of the business can deactivate the business profile.
You'll know who is currently the Face of the Business by which member is at the top of the Our Team section of your profile. If you'd like to change who is the face of the business:
- Find the Our Team section on the right-hand side of your profile.
- Click Edit User on the team member you would like to make Face of the business.

Toggle Use as the face of the business. If you click Edit User on the team member, which is already the face of the business, you will not see the option to change it to that member.

Click Update User.
