What Is the Application Process for the Alignable Ambassador Program?

An Alignable Ambassador is a local leader who helps small business owners build real relationships, grow their networks, and succeed together. Ambassadors lead their local Alliance Group on Alignable, host at least one in-person event per month, and serve as mentors, local experts, and a welcoming resource for business owners learning to connect and grow. It is more than a title — it is a commitment to lifting up your local business community, one connection at a time.

What You Get as an Ambassador

  • 10,000+ monthly impressions — increased visibility and brand awareness through events, badges, and featured placements across the platform
  • Network 5x faster — build stronger, more aligned connections locally and beyond
  • Exclusive perks — early access to new features, bonus connection credits, and VIP Alignable events
  • White glove support from the Alignable team

Before You Apply: Check the Criteria

You must meet all eligibility requirements before applying. See What Is the Criteria to Become an Ambassador? for the full list. In short, you need a Premium or Premium+ membership, at least 25 recommendations from peers, a fully completed profile with a profile photo, and at least 200 connections.

The Application Process

The process takes a minimum of 30 days from start to finish. Each step must be completed within a few weeks of the previous one — if the process stalls, you will need to reapply from the beginning.

  4. Submit your application.
  5. Once approved, complete the one-hour Alignable Course.
  6. Begin your 30-day onboarding journey with Alignable mentors.
  7. Once all training is complete, you are ready to plan your first event and officially start your role as an Ambassador.
