How do I deactivate my Alignable account?

Deactivating your Alignable account is permanent and cannot be undone. Before you start, there are a few things to take care of:

If you just want to stop receiving emails rather than deactivate your account entirely, you can update your email preferences without deactivating.

To deactivate your account:

  1. Log in to Alignable.
  2. Click the My Business dropdown in the upper-right corner and select Account.
  3. Click Send Confirmation Code to verify your identity.
  4. Enter the confirmation code sent to you in the pop-up.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click I want to permanently deactivate my business account.
  6. Complete Step 1 — select the reason you're deactivating.
  7. Click Next Step.
  8. Enter your password for Step 2 (Security Verification).
  9. Click Next Step.
  10. Click Deactivate Business Account to complete the process.

If you have multiple accounts, only the account you're currently signed in to will be deactivated — your other accounts are not affected.
