If you'd like all of your personal data removed from Alignable, you can submit a Legal Data Request. This process permanently deletes your data from Alignable's systems and is required by privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA.
Important: Permanently deleting your data is not the same as deactivating your profile or unsubscribing from emails. Deactivating your account and unsubscribing can be done without submitting a Legal Data Request or providing an ID. This form is only for permanent data deletion.
Once your deletion request is completed, your account will be deactivated and you will lose access to Alignable.
What you'll need before you start:
- An email address where Alignable can reach you
- A desktop or mobile device with a camera
- A government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport)
To submit a data deletion request:
- Visit the Data Request Form.
- Fill in your email address and account details.
- Take a clear selfie alongside your photo ID so your identity can be verified.
- Submit the form.
You'll receive a confirmation email right away. Allow 24 to 48 hours for processing — you'll be notified by email when your request is approved, rejected, or completed.
Why is ID verification required?
Identity verification ensures only you can delete your own data, protecting against impersonation and unauthorized requests. Verification is handled through Osana, a secure third-party service. Your ID is encrypted during the process and permanently deleted once verification is complete — it is never stored by Alignable.
