Our matching goal
Our goal is to connect you with members who know your ideal customer. The most valuable breakout partner is someone who already has people in their network they could refer to you, and who you could refer to in return. Smart Connect is designed to surface those mutual referral opportunities, not just fill your schedule with random introductions.
How we match you
Customer tags drive your matches. Alignable cross-references your Ideal Customer tags with the networks of other members in the event. when other attendees are connected to people who match your ideal customer, we prioritize matching you with them (not your customers directly) so that you can uncover referral opportunities in each of your networks.
This is why your tags matter. If your Ideal Customer section is incomplete or out of date, you may miss matches with members who could introduce you to your best prospects. Before attending a Smart Connect event, take a few minutes to review and update your Ideal Customer tags so the system has the most accurate picture of who you want to meet.
We avoid duplicate matches. Our base matching logic tracks who you've already been paired with and deprioritizes repeat breakout partners whenever possible, so each event gives you a fresh set of introductions.
