Where Is This Disclosed?
Before you enter any Smart Connect event, you will see the following notice on the join screen:
"This meeting is being transcribed to enable creation of meeting transcripts and summaries. By joining the meeting, you consent to such recording."
By clicking Join Event, you are consenting to the transcription of that meeting.
What Is the Transcript Used For?
Transcripts are used to support features that help you get more out of your Smart Connect conversations, including:
- Meeting transcripts and summaries — a record of what was discussed during the event. These features are currently being tested.
- AI-generated conversation starters and follow-up suggestions — based on the topics discussed, to help you continue the conversation after the event ends.
The goal of these features is to help members remember their conversations and make it easier to build meaningful, ongoing business relationships.
