How Do I Introduce Myself in an Alignable Group?

Standalone introduction posts are not allowed in Alignable groups. Posting "Hi, I'm new here, here's what I do" as a top-level post will be removed. Instead, each group has a designated space for new member introductions.

Where to Introduce Yourself

In most groups, there is a pinned introduction thread or a dedicated post for new members to comment on. Look for it near the top of the group feed and add your introduction as a comment on that thread, not as a new standalone post.

In Community Groups specifically, there is a dedicated Introduction box built into the group for this purpose. Use that rather than creating a new post.

What to Include in Your Introduction

A good group introduction is short and invites conversation. Include your name, your business, what you do in plain language, and one question or prompt that gives others something to respond to. This is not the place for a sales pitch. The goal is to get to know people, not to close a deal.
