When you cancel your Expert Group membership, you will keep your paid benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.

How Do I Cancel My Expert Group Membership?

1. Navigate to the Group Page of the Expert Group you'd like to cancel.
2. On the left side of the Group Page, click Manage Group Settings.
3. Click Cancel Expert Group Membership to stop any further subscription charges.
4. A pop-up will appear to confirm your cancellation. Click Yes to confirm.
5. You will be asked for feedback on why you are canceling. Select all that apply.
6. Click Confirm & Submit Cancellation.
7. A confirmation will appear showing the date your access will end. You will keep your paid benefits through the end of your current billing period.

Please note: Refunds are not automatic and are only available upon request within 5 days of your billing date.
