There is no minimum posting requirement for any Alignable group. What matters more than frequency is consistency, quality, and follow-through on the posts you do make.
A Good Target to Aim For
Aim to create at least one unique, original post per week across the groups you are active in. The key word is active. Only join and post in groups where you plan to genuinely participate. Posting and then disappearing will not build relationships. Responding to comments, acknowledging likes, and keeping the conversation going in your thread is just as important as the post itself.
Only post as much as you can actually keep up with. Quality and follow-through matter far more than volume. If you cannot respond to the engagement your posts generate, you are posting too much.
You can use Post Insights to stay organized and track how your posts are performing across groups.
Does Posting More Often Increase My Visibility?
Posting more frequently can increase your visibility on Alignable, but only if the content is unique, engaging, and generating real responses from other members. Frequent posts that people do not interact with will not improve your reach. If you are a paid member, you can track your visibility over time on your Insights page.
Is There a Best Time to Post?
There is no universal best time. Every group has its own membership and activity patterns. The most effective thing you can do is stay consistent and always follow up on engagement after you post. Consistency and responsiveness will do more for your visibility than timing alone.
