If you are a member of several active groups, you may find some groups generate more email than you want. Alignable lets you control notification frequency at the individual group level so you can stay connected to the groups that matter most without getting overwhelmed by the ones that do not.
Important: Your account-level email preferences always take priority over group-level settings. If you have turned off group and community notifications in your Email Preferences, changing settings here will have no effect. Group Email Notification Options
Instant: Updates from this group are sent to you immediately as they happen. Best for groups where you are actively engaged and do not want to miss a conversation.
Daily: Updates from this group are bundled into a daily digest. A good middle ground if you want to stay informed without real-time emails.
Weekly: Updates from this group are included in the weekly digest only. Best for groups you want to stay loosely connected to without frequent emails.
Don't Send Me Emails: You will not receive any emails from this group. You can still visit the group at any time to catch up on what you have missed.
How to Update Group Email Settings
- Go to the group you want to update.
- Click the three-dot button (...) on the left panel of the group page.
- Click Email Settings.
- Select your preferred notification frequency.
- Click Update Email Settings to save.
