Weekly Playbook Advertising Deadlines
Ready to sponsor your community newsletter? Here's what you need to know about timing:
Deadline: Submit or finalize your advertisement by 3 PM Eastern on Friday before the Weekly Playbook goes out. The Weekly Playbooks are sent every Sunday, so plan accordingly.
Changes After Deadline: Any edits made after Friday's deadline will appear in the following week's Playbook — not the current one. The edits will however be reflected in your community page and home pages.
Billing Important Info: Once your billing cycle renews, cancellations and refunds aren't available. Make sure your sponsorship details are exactly how you want them before the deadline.

1. Log into your Alignable account
2. Navigate to your sponsorship dashboard
3. Select your active community sponsorship to preview how it appears to other business owners
