The Insights section of your Alignable profile shows you who has clicked on your business and how many people have viewed it over time. Knowing who is looking at your business gives you the opportunity to reach out while your business is still on their mind.
Insights is a paid membership feature.
How to Get to Your Business Insights
- Click the My Business dropdown in the top navigation and select Visit My Business Profile.
- On your business profile, click Insights in the top ribbon menu.
The Clicks Carousel
The Clicks carousel shows you individual members who have clicked on your profile, pages, sponsorships, posts, or profile updates. For each click, you can see how the member found you, who they are, and whether you are already connected. From there you can connect with them or send a message directly.
The Views Graph
The Views graph shows how many people have viewed your business over a period of time. You can also see a breakdown of where those views are coming from, such as your network, your sponsorships, or other sources on Alignable.
