A Contact Service Request lets you message another member directly to inquire about a product or service they are offering — either through a Community Sponsorship ad or from their profile if they are a Premium or Premium+ member. These messages do not require a connection credit.
What Contact Service Requests Are For
Contact Service Requests are strictly for inquiring about the specific product or service a member is advertising or listing. Any message sent through this feature for other purposes — including sales pitches, promotions, or unrelated outreach — is considered spam and may not be delivered to the recipient.
What Is Not Allowed
Per Alignable's Terms and Conditions, you may not send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation to anyone on Alignable — including through Contact Service Requests.
Consequences for Abuse
Misuse of Contact Service Requests will result in loss of access to the feature. Repeat offenders may be removed from the platform if the behavior is not corrected.
