How do I Add, Edit or Remove a Tag in Alignable 360?

As a Paid Alignable Member you have the opportunity to add tags to your connections and manage them using built in tools in Alignable 360. By focusing on quality over quantity, Alignable 360 helps you network smarter. It prioritizes meaningful connections that can lead to long-term business relationships. It simplifies follow-ups and engagement by suggesting next steps and helps you stay top-of-mind with the right connections. This approach ensures you’re consistently nurturing relationships that matter to you.

Using tags you can keep track of industries, where you met, where the connection is in your funnel, ad more to manage your network your way.  You can also filter your connections based on the tags you chose.

To Add a Tag to a Connection

1. login to Alignable.
2. Navigate to https://www.alignable.com/biz/my_network
3. Click Connections
4. Click View beside the connection you'd like to add a note to
5. A slide out menu will appear on the right hand side
6. Click the 🧑‍🧒 (profile) icon to bring up the connection's information
7. Scroll down to the bottom of the slide out
8. Click the +Add button
9. Select a pre-existing tag, or create your own.

To Edit a Tag Under a Connection

1. login to Alignable.
2. Navigate to https://www.alignable.com/biz/my_network
3. Click Connections
4. Click View beside the connection you'd like to add a note to
5. A slide out menu will appear on the right hand side
6. Click the 🧑‍🧒 (profile) icon to bring up the connection's information
7. Scroll down to the bottom of the slide out
8. Select the note you'd like to edit ∨
9. Click the X in to the tag you need to update to delete the tag
10. Click the +Add button to create a new tag
11. Select a pre-existing tag, or create your own.

To Delete a Tag Under a Connection

1. login to Alignable.
2. Navigate to https://www.alignable.com/biz/my_network
3. Click Connections
4. Click View beside the connection you'd like to add a note to

6. Click the 🧑‍🧒 (profile) icon to bring up the connection's information
7. Scroll down to the bottom of the slide out
8. Select the note you'd like to edit ∨
9. Click the X in to the tag you need to update to delete the tag
